I take great pride in working with all of my clients. It is my policy to complete each and every project on time without sacrificing quality.
To accomplish this goal, I have established certain criteria that I follow. Clients are scheduled by appointment only. This insures that no client will be inconvenienced by waiting.
I schedule only those projects that can be successfully completed in a given time period, this practice guarantees that all deadlines are met.
Clients are asked to call ahead to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed appointments, WITHOUT notification, are subject to a charge of $15.00.
I know of an extensive number of fabric stores in which to aide you with locating fabrics, notions, and patterns. All notion, patterns, and fabric will be billed directly to the client. I welcome those clients who wish to provide their own notions and fabric. However, I reserve the right to refuse to work fabric of inferior quality.
ALL CONSULTATIONS ARE BILLED AT THE RATE OF $30.00 PER HOUR. If you elect to employ services to construct your garment(s), the FIRST hour of consultation fee will be waived and applied to your bill. ALL subsequent consultation hour(s) will be billed at the normal rate of $30.00 per hour and credit will not be billed to your account.
ALL CONSULTATION FEES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF CONSULTATION. A 50% deposit on labor is also due at that time. Special purchases for notions and fabric require the actual amount, or an estimated amount due at the time you sign the Consultation/Work Agreement herein known as the Contract. All charges for labor, notions, fabric, etc… will be discussed with the client in detail, prior to acceptance of the Contract.
Customers will be asked to sign a copy of this policy prior to any work being done.
